We strive to ensure that every person has access to support and dignified care.
Our Mission
We exist to provide care–through education, groups, and one-on-one support to meet the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of individuals across the Great Toronto area (GTA), in collaboration with our network of care providers.

Our Vision
To bridge the gap between compassionate care providers and the community – ensuring every person has access to supportive and dignified care.
Our Values

We will meet you where you are, offering support that is patient, gentle, and non-judgmental. Whether your needs are emotional, physical, or financial, we are here to listen, understand, and walk with you.

We are committed to the highest standards of ethical and professional care. You can trust that our services are confidential, responsible, and aligned with what is right, both before God and in the eyes of others.

You matter to us! We will treat you with dignity, listen without judgment, and honor your unique background, beliefs, and choices. We believe every person has God–given worth, and we will reflect that in every interaction.

We believe in your potential! Through teamwork, resources, and compassionate support, we aim to build you up, helping you take steps toward healing, renewed purpose, and wholeness.
Our Strategic Priorities
Body, Soul, Spirit
-
We believe that true well-being means caring for your body, soul, and spirit, because life’s challenges affect more than just one part of who you are. That’s why we offer support for your mental health, help you understand and access all the services that could benefit you, and provide spiritual care alongside practical and emotional support. Whether you’re navigating a tough season, need someone to talk to, or are looking for guidance and encouragement, our team is here to walk with you every step of the way with care that sees the whole you.
Wrap Around
-
Our Wrap Around Care is all about making sure you’re not facing life’s hardest moments alone. Whether you’re dealing with a crisis, a difficult diagnosis, a pregnancy you weren’t expecting, thoughts of suicide, or the challenges that come with end- of-life care, we’re building a network of support that wraps around you with compassion. We’re here to listen, guide, and walk alongside you with practical help and heartfelt care. Whatever you’re going through, we want you to know you matter, and we’re here to help you find hope and strength every step of the way.
Community Engagement
-
We want to make sure you know we’re here for you and connecting you with even more of the help you need. We’re working to build stronger relationships in the community so we can grow the support and resources available to serve you better. This includes raising awareness about our services, reaching more people who may need care, and partnering with others who believe in helping people thrive. We’re also expanding access to legal information and referral services, so you can get the right information and support when you need it most. Our goal is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and never alone on your journey.
Life Launch
-
We are all about helping you take your next steps forward, whether you’re starting fresh, facing a tough time, or just need a little support. We offer access to a community food pantry and clothing depot to help with basic needs, so you can focus on building a more stable future. If you’re new to Canada, we have programs designed to help you feel connected and supported as you settle in. And when you’re ready to explore work or career options, our job readiness support will help you build confidence, learn practical skills, and prepare for meaningful employment. Whatever your story, we’re here to walk with you.
Care Provider Support
-
We believe that when our team is well-supported, you get the best care possible. That’s why our Care Provider Support priority is all about making sure the people who care for you are equipped, energized, and empowered. We’re improving how our services are delivered, making things faster, more efficient, and easier to navigate, while also using smart technology to better connect you to the help you need. And because great care starts with healthy caregivers, we’re also committed to supporting the emotional and mental well-being of our team. When they thrive, so do you.
