    This 13-week program is designed to provide care and compassion to those walking through a separation or divorce.

  • Tuesdays | Feb 17 - Nov 10 | 7-9 pm

    If you have experienced the pain of betrayal in a relationship, we invite you to consider this confidential 10-month online support group designed to help women process betrayal trauma and begin a journey toward healing and restoration.

  • Tuesdays | Mar 3 - Nov 24 | 7-9 pm

    This 10-month support group is a safe, confidential space for men seeking healing, understanding, and tools to grow in freedom from sexual brokenness and unwanted patterns of behaviour.

  • Thursdays | Mar 4 - Apr 22 | 7-8:30 pm

    This course provides a relaxed, date-night style atmosphere - a space for couples to discuss privately. It focuses on key relationship themes such as connection, communication, resolving conflict, forgiveness, family dynamics, intimacy, and love in action.
